Educational Qualification

  • A Postgraduate degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Mathematics/Applied Economics/Economics/Commerce with 55% marks in the aggregate from a University established by law in India. 
    Or
    Two years Post-Graduate Diploma in Statistics from any institution recognized by the Government
  • Preference will be given to those having Sociology as one of the subjects in their graduate level 
  • Preference will be given to those having a degree of Post-Graduate Diploma or equivalent or above in Computer Science or Computer Application 

Preferential Qualification:

  • Candidates who have served in the Territorial Army for at least  two years
  • Obtained a ‘B’ certificate of National Cadet Corps, will be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment if other things are equal
