Educational Qualification:
- The appearing candidate must have cleared class 10th with English and Mathematics as elective or compulsory subjects
- The appearing candidate must have studied the local language as a compulsory or elective subject up to class 10
- The candidates must have a basic computer training course of sixty days by any recognized government or private universities/ institutions or organizations
- Candidates must be well-versed with the Hindi language be it communicating, speaking or writing
